Do you offer free quotations?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a free quotation/estimate. This may be provided verbally when you call us, or via email. We may need to visit your premises depending on the type and amount of work required.
When receiving calls requesting a quote for fault finding jobs, we are unable to provide a fixed cost. This is due to the work required to investigate the fault. We suggest that we attend for a short period of time to investigate your fault which will be chargeable, once the agreed time limit is up we will update the client with our findings. Although of course we will aim to repair the fault within the agreed time limit.

What areas do you cover?

At iLEC Electrical we cover the south east of London/Kent, with areas including, Bromley, Chislehurst, West Wickham, Mottingham, Eltham and Orpington. We are happy to work further afield if required, please contact us to discuss.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have £5,000,000 public liability insurance, which is above the industry standard.

How quickly can you be at a job?

We are happy to discuss your requirements and depending on the nature of the job, we will either schedule a suitable time, or for emergencies arrange for an electrician to attend as soon as we can. We give specific time slots in which we aim to arrive, and pride ourselves on being on time-but if delayed you will be kept informed.
